TERMS & CONDITIONS

All tickets and vouchers are issued by Utah Pride and fulfilled in partnership with Bandwango. Utah Pride is responsible for the operation of the Utah Pride Festival and all event-related services. 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following: 

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You assume all risks associated with attending the event, including injury, illness, or loss. You release and hold harmless Utah Pride, the Utah Pride Center, Bandwango, the city of Salt Lake City, and all affiliated partners, staff, and volunteers from any liability arising from your attendance. 

Utah Pride reserves the right to:

Refuse entry or remove any individual at its discretion. Modify event programming, policies, or operations at any time. 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including weather conditions, artist or programmatic changes, or schedule changes. The Utah Pride Festival takes place rain or shine. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. Information is kept confidential and only shared as required by law or with consent for marketing communications. 

FESTIVAL ENTRY & SECURITY 

All attendees are subject to a security screening upon entry including bag checks and metal detection. By entering the festival, you consent to these screenings. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund. 

BAG POLICY (IMPORTANT) 

To ensure a safe and efficient entry process, the Utah Pride Festival allows the following bag types: 

Clear bags, made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC, not exceeding 12” x 12” x 6”Small clutch bags or fanny packs, not exceeding 6” x 9” x 4” Emptied hydration packs, no liquids are allowed in. Diaper Bags, subject to search and inspectionSmall cooler for medical purposes, not exceeding 12” x 9” x 9” All bags are subject to inspection and search. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not allowed inside the Utah Pride Festival: 

Outside food or beveragesGlass containersWeapons of any kindDrugs or illegal substancesFireworks or explosivesDrones or remote flying devicesProfessional cameras or recording equipment (for press and professional photographers, please reach out to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for a press pass). Large signs, banners or flagsLaser pointersSkateboards, scooters, or similar devices (mobility devices permitted). Makers, paint pens, spray paint, or similar items Large chains or spiked accessoriesFurniture, chairs, blankets or tentsCoolersFood or Drink. Empty water bottles are permitted. Utah Pride reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. 

SMOKING AND VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on festival grounds in accordance with Salt Lake City ordinance. Guests leaving to smoke or vape, must re-enter through the main entrance on the East side of the festival. 

ANIMALS & PETS

Pets and animals are not permitted at the Utah Pride Festival. Only ADA-defined service animals will be permitted, and must have proof of registration. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not allowed. Service animals must remain under the control of their owner at all times, and may be subject to screening. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The Utah Pride Festival is an inclusive, all-ages event. Attendees are expected to treat others with respect and dignity, respect chosen names and pronouns, and refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behavior. Nudity and lewd conduct are not permitted under Utah State law. Failure to follow these standards may result in removal without refund. 

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol must be consumed ONLY by the individual who purchased it. All attendee’s, regardless of age, will be required to show a valid, government ID, and be at least 21 years of age to be served. Providing alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the festival. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed before exiting the festival grounds. 

FESTIVAL RULES:

Entry to the Utah Pride Festival closes 30 minutes before closing. Final call for alcoholic beverages is one hour before closing. Tickets are required for all attendees regardless of age. This includes children and babies in arms. Re-entry is granted for all ticket types. Attendees must have their hand stamped; re-entry is only granted at the main entry gate. Cash & all major credit cards are accepted for all Utah Pride Festival purchases. No Camping. No unauthorized/unlicensed vending, soliciting, performances, handbills, sampling, or giveaways. No moshing, crowd-surfing, or stage diving. Concerts are held rain or shine. 

OPENING NIGHT DANCE PARTY RULES:

All ticket holders must be 21 and up to enter the party.All guests, regardless of perceived age, must provide a valid ID.Entry to the Opening Night Dance Party closes 60 minutes before closing. Final call for alcoholic beverages is one hour before closing. Tickets are required for all attendees. Wristbands will be given at the gate, and must be worn at all times. Re-entry is granted at the main-gate only, with valid wristband. Cash & all major credit cards are accepted for all Utah Pride purchases. No Camping. No unauthorized/unlicensed vending, soliciting, performances, handbills, sampling, or giveaways. No moshing, crowd-surfing, or stage diving. Party is held rain or shine. 

PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE

By attending the Utah Pride Festival, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
